Sustainability

Building a responsible future

Message To Stakeholder

At NovaWires, sustainability is not a commitment we adopted recently — it has been integral to how we operate since our founding. As we grow, we are deepening our investments in cleaner processes, recycled content materials, and energy-efficient manufacturing.

We recognize that the infrastructure we help build today will shape communities for decades. That responsibility drives every decision we make, from raw material sourcing to final product delivery. We are committed to transparent reporting and continuous improvement across all environmental and social dimensions of our operations.

Our focus area

Our sustainability efforts focus on three core areas: reducing carbon intensity in manufacturing, increasing use of recyclable materials in wire insulation and sheathing, and improving workplace safety standards to zero-harm targets.

We have also committed to reducing energy consumption per unit produced by 20% over the next three years through process optimization and investment in renewable energy at our manufacturing facility.

Sustainability policies

NovaWires's sustainability policies are aligned with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards. We maintain documented policies covering environmental impact assessment, chemical handling, waste disposal, and employee wellbeing.

Our policies are reviewed annually and updated to reflect changes in regulation, technology, and stakeholder expectations.

Product Stewardship

We take full responsibility for the environmental impact of our products throughout their lifecycle. Our product stewardship program guides customers on proper installation, maintenance, and end-of-life disposal or recycling of NovaWires wires and conductors.

We actively work with recyclers and industry partners to develop take-back schemes for spent wire materials, particularly copper and aluminum conductors.
